Return Policy

Please click on the following link and print the Returns and Exchange Form. Fill out the form and include it with the returned item(s).

We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from The Brainy Baby Company. If you purchased a Brainy Baby® product from another source, please contact their customer service department for their return policy.

Unopened items in the original packaging and condition may be returned to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your receiving the product. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt and/or packing slip. Opened items or used items that are not in their original condition can only be exchanged for other products within 30 days or purchase.

If the item was damaged when delivered or does not work properly, you may return it within 30 days in exchange for the same product. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt and/or packing slip.

Brainy Baby® is not responsible for the cost to return items or for items that are lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using a traceable method like Insured Parcel Post with delivery confirmation or UPS/FedEx when returning a product.

Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded unless the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt and/or packing slip.
